We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Full refund: If you cancel within 48 hours of signing the service agreement and before any services have commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid

- Third-party fees: University application fees, government visa fees, courier charges, standardised test fees, and other third-party disbursements are strictly non-refundable regardless of outcome

- Processing timeline: Eligible refund requests will be processed within 15 business days of written approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

6. Strict Legal Disclaimer — No Guarantee of Visa Approval or University Admission
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: MyEduQuest DOES NOT AND CANNOT GUARANTEE VISA APPROVAL, UNIVERSITY ADMISSION, SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS, OR ANY OTHER OUTCOME OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS. ANY REPRESENTATION TO THE CONTRARY BY ANY INDIVIDUAL CLAIMING TO REPRESENT MYEDUQUEST IS UNAUTHORISED AND SHOULD BE REPORTED TO US IMMEDIATELY.
MyEduQuest provides professional guidance, documentation support, and application facilitation services to maximise your chances of a successful application. However, we expressly and unequivocally do not and cannot guarantee:
- Admission to any university, college, or educational institution, whether in India or abroad
- Approval of any student visa, immigration application, permit, or entry clearance by any embassy, high commission, or immigration authority
- Award of any scholarship, bursary, financial aid, or fee waiver
- Specific course placements, academic outcomes, career results, or employment prospects
- Accuracy, completeness, or currency of information provided by third-party institutions, government authorities, or immigration bodies
- Processing timelines for visa applications or university admissions, which are entirely at the discretion of the relevant authority
- That a student who meets the minimum eligibility criteria will be admitted or granted a visa
All admission and visa decisions are made exclusively and independently by universities, educational institutions, and immigration authorities of the respective countries. These decisions are based on their own criteria, policies, quota systems, and discretion, which are entirely beyond our control and may change without notice. MyEduQuest shall not be held liable for any rejection, delay, deferral, cancellation, or unfavourable outcome of any application, regardless of the quality of services provided by us.
The payment of consultancy fees to MyEduQuest is for the professional services rendered — counselling, profile assessment, documentation guidance, application support, and visa preparation — and not for any guaranteed result. Visa and admission outcomes are determined solely by the relevant authorities.
⚠️ BEWARE OF FRAUD: MyEduQuest does not authorise any agent, representative, or third party to guarantee visa approvals or university admissions on our behalf. If anyone claims to guarantee such outcomes in exchange for additional fees, please report this to us immediately at legal@myeduquest.com and to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
