1. Scope of Services & Independent Advisory Model
MyEduQuest ("Firm", "We", "Us", or "Our") provides independent overseas education counseling, profile evaluation, university shortlisting, document auditing, SOP guidance, and student visa process counseling for Indian students.
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and ASCI guidelines, We explicitly disclose that MyEduQuest operates as an independent consultancy. We accept zero monetary commissions or student recruitment incentives from foreign universities. All institutional recommendations are made strictly based on academic merit, student budget, and career profile fit.
2. Absolute Non-Guarantee of Admission & Visas (ASCI Code Compliance)
In strict adherence to the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines and Ministry of Education advisories, MyEduQuest DOES NOT guarantee university admission, scholarship allocation, job placement, or visa issuance.
All admission decisions rest solely with individual foreign universities. All visa, entry permit, and stay-back permit decisions are strictly governed by the respective foreign sovereign authorities (e.g., German Federal Foreign Office, US Department of State/USCIS, UK Home Office, IRCC Canada, and Australian Department of Home Affairs). Published success rates (e.g., "98% Visa Success Rate") represent verified historical client outcomes and do not constitute a contractual promise of future results.
3. Data Privacy & Consent (DPDP Act 2023 & IT Act 2000)
As a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, MyEduQuest processes your personal data (academic transcripts, financial proof, contact details, and passport information) solely for overseas counseling purposes based on explicit, affirmative consent.
Data of Minors (Under 18 Years): In accordance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act 2023, processing personal data of students under 18 years of age requires mandatory verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Users reserve the right to request data access, correction, or complete deletion (right to erasure) by contacting our Grievance Redressal Officer at info@myeduquest.co.in.
4. Foreign Country Regulations & Statutory Fees Disclaimer
The User acknowledges full responsibility for paying all mandatory third-party government, embassy, evaluation, and banking fees directly to official bodies. MyEduQuest is not liable for fee revisions or non-refundable payments made to external entities, including but not limited to:
- Germany: ₹18,000 APS India verification fee & €11,904 Blocked Account deposit.
- Canada: CAD 20,635 Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) living proof.
- Australia: AUD 29,710 Genuine Student (GS) financial capacity proof.
- USA: SEVIS I-901 and MRV visa processing fees.
- UK: Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) and VFS Global fee payments.
