Our Commitment
MyEduQuest publishes guidance on overseas education for Indian students. We cover topics including university admissions, visa requirements, scholarship opportunities, test preparation, and the cost of studying abroad. We are committed to making sure this information is accurate, honest, and useful.
We are an independent, commission-free consultancy. We do not accept payment from universities, agents, or third parties in exchange for editorial coverage or recommendations. Our content reflects our genuine professional opinion and experience.
Who Creates Our Content
All guidance published on this website is written or reviewed by members of the MyEduQuest team. Our team includes:
- Sheena Kapoor — Founder & Managing Director. 8+ years in overseas admissions counselling. Expert in study abroad guidance for Indian students.
- Sneha Kapoor — Admissions Specialist. 5+ years guiding students to UK, Canada, and Australia universities. Expert in SOP writing and LOR strategy.
- Arjun Mehta — Visa Counsellor. 6+ years in student visa preparation for Germany, USA, UK, and Canada. Specialist in blocked account and GIC documentation.
We do not publish AI-generated content without human review. Every article, guide, and service description is checked by a team member with direct experience in the topic.
How We Vet Our Guidance
Before we publish any guidance, we check it against official sources. These include:
- Official university websites and admission portals
- Embassy and consulate websites for visa requirements
- Government immigration portals (IRCC Canada, Home Office UK, USCIS USA, DAAD Germany, etc.)
- Reserve Bank of India guidelines for education loans and foreign exchange
- Scholarship programme official pages
We do not rely on third-party aggregators or unverified sources for critical information such as visa fees, financial proof requirements, or scholarship deadlines.
How Often We Update Content
Overseas education rules change frequently. Visa fees, financial proof thresholds, and scholarship deadlines are updated by governments and universities every year. We review our key guidance pages at least once per intake cycle (typically twice a year — before the January and September intakes). We also update pages immediately when we become aware of a significant rule change.
Each page that contains time-sensitive information displays a "Last reviewed" date so you can see when it was last checked.
Financial and Legal Disclaimer
Some of our content covers financial topics such as tuition fees, living costs, education loans, blocked accounts, GIC requirements, and visa financial proof. This content is provided as general guidance only. It is not financial advice, legal advice, or a substitute for advice from a qualified financial adviser, bank, or legal professional.
All cost estimates and exchange rates on this website are approximate and may not reflect current figures. Please verify all financial requirements directly with the relevant embassy, university, or bank before making any financial decisions.

Independence and Conflicts of Interest
MyEduQuest does not accept commissions, referral fees, or any other payment from universities, colleges, or third-party service providers in exchange for recommendations or editorial coverage. We may earn revenue from student service fees, but this does not influence which universities or destinations we recommend. Our recommendations are based solely on student fit and goals.
